Refund Policy

‏Thank you for shopping with 4 Corners Coffee & Tea. We are sorry that you have not been satisfied with your purchase. If you would like to make a return and request a refund, please read the following carefully. ‏

 

‏NB: Refunds on 4 Corner products are only granted if you have received the wrong product or if the package containing the coffee or tea has arrived damaged, torn, or opened. Refunds will not be granted under any other circumstances. ‏

 

‏Returns and Refunds‏

 ‏If your package has arrived damaged or the wrong product has arrived you will be granted a refund. To receive your refund, the request must be made within 7 days of the purchase date. Returns will not be accepted after 7 days of the initial purchase date. ‏

 ‏To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, including being in the original packaging. When making your refund request, please indicate the reason you are returning the product and requesting the refund. ‏

 ‏When the refund has been processed the refund will be made via your method of payment. The refund will be credited to your account within a couple of business days. The number of days depends on your card issuer’s policies.‏
